Doug is the man! While I was freaking out about my court case, he talked to me as a human helping give the information in a way I would understand. Takes into account feelings among trying to figure where you are as his client and ultimately trying to complete those goals. I would recommend him to anyone seeking his services.
My experience with Douglas Brown attorney-at-law was definitely a smooth professional experience. He took my case and quickly assured me that he would have no problem working out the details and would keep me posted. I received up-to-date texts as well as timely emails and calendar appointments to add to my daily calendar. The outcome was more than I expected. His price was more than reasonable for the work that he put in and the outcome.
I've had a lot of experience with lawyers and he's clearly one of the absolute best. He treats his clients like people and has deep empathy for the cases he works. While it's clear he isn't in it for the money, he's worth every penny and more. Don't waste your time shopping around go have a consult with him first.
Mr. Brown took a case of mine involving an incident on I-12. After getting involved, he helped guide the process, worked diligently behind the scenes, and always communicated the next steps. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, this was one off my plate. The court involved process is a long one and can be intense at times. I’m glad Mr. Brown helped handle that process so I could continue with my job, daily life and family. He saved me from an extensive rough journey.
Doug is an outstanding attorney, he is a consummate professional that takes time to answer the concerns of his clients.
As a father, I have struggled for years to be a part of my son’s life, dealing with the Louisiana courts and an ex-wife who placed barriers at every turn. Mr. Brown helped me navigate the difficult legal system and provided sound guidance and advice. Throughout my time in this custody battle, he got to know me and my family, taking a personal interest in my case. Always professional and responsive, it was Mr. Brown who helped me get custody of my son!
